How to request a price quotation

• Browse our website or Instagram and choose the products you are interested in

2. Provide details

• Share product photos and the required quantities

3. Minimum Order

• Minimum spend: $2,000 USD (no maximum limit)
• Discounts range from 20-45% off retail prices, depending on total spending

4. Quotation process

• We will prepare and deliver a detailed quotation for you

Order processing steps

1. Quotation review

• Once we receive your inquiry, we will prepare the quotation promptly
• The quotation will be sent via email or Whatsapp
• You can revise the products and quantities at this stage

2. Order confirmation

• After finalizing the order, confirm it by making a 50% down payment (DP)
• Once the DP is received, changes are cancellation are no longer allowed

3. Final payment

• Pay the remaining 50% balance when the order is ready for shipment
• Orders will not be released until the final payment is received

Production Timeline

• 2-6 weeks production time, depending on the order size

Payment terms

1. Payment schedule

• 50% down payment (DP) to begin the production process
• 50% final balance payment before shipment or pickup

2. Delayed payments

• Orders delayed due to unpaid balances will incur a 2.5% monthly storage fee (based on the total invoice amount) 

3. Accepted payment methods

• Credit card payments accepted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
• Bank wire transfers must match the total invoice amount in IDR and should be made to Anggelia Novita Dharma Putri
• We are not responsible nor liable for payments made to wrong accounts

Shipping information

1. Shipping arrangements

• Shipping is handled by courier companies (e.g., DHL or cargo services)
• We can recommend trusted shipping companies in Bali or you may use your own service provider

2. Packaging

• Orders are packed with bubble wrap, paper and silicia gel
• Box packaging is available at no extra cost
• Bulk and large orders may require additional packaging services (e.g., cargo handling)

3. Shipping documentation

• Documents like COO or other certificates are available at additional cost (arranged by the cargo company)

4. Disclaimer

• Once the products leave our warehouse or are picked up by the courier, we are not liable for damages or loss
• The cargo company will confirm product quantities and conduct quality checks before pickup

Customized products

• As a manufacturer, we offer product customization
• Custom sizes and designs (subject to material availability)
• Minimum order quantities apply for custom designs
• Your custom designs will remain exclusive to you and will not be sold to others
