Returns & Exchanges

For any reasons you are not completly satisfied with your ONLINE PURCHASED, you may return the product back to us in a "original" (new & unused) within 24 hour after receive your package. Orignal means, all original tagg attached & items unworn & unsoiled. We are unable to accept items that are not in the "orignal'' sale condition. We reserve the right to revuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements. Please note are sale items fully non EXCHANGEABLE or REFUNDABLE unless the items is faulty.

 

REFUNDS

  • Before refunds the items, you need to contact Us max 24 hours after received your package. 
  • All postage cost for refunded items is at the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be process to you when we receive the items back in their "original" condition.
  • Please provide Us Tracking Number of the package and wrap them in the good condition.
  • We don't have any responsibility for items that go missing or damage through the shipping. 

EXCHANGES

  • If you wish to exchange your items with another product , you must return the items 24 hours after you received the package.

DAMAGE ITEMS

We take really good care in packaging your package safely. If your items damage due the transit, we are not responsible of the damage. We offer you a discount to purchase in the next transaction. 

FAULTY PRODUCT 

If the product is faulty by Us, Please contact Us immediately after receiving your package. We will be happy to Exchanges OR Refunds your items. All postage cost for faulty good will be covered by Kara Home Living
